Job Responsibilities：
1、Participate in project research and experimental work, analyze and organize results, and write research papers.
2、Lead or participate in the application for various research projects with support from the research team.
3、Assist in guiding graduate students in their research and help manage the laboratory.
Job Requirements：
1、Generally, candidates should have obtained their Ph.D. degree within the last 3 years.
2、Ph.D. degree from a well-known domestic or international university in fields such as Microelectronics, Materials, Computer Science, Electronics, Robotics, Automation, Design, etc., with research background in Artificial Intelligence, Hardware Design, Integrated Circuits, Intelligent Systems, Wearable Systems, Flexible Sensors, etc.
3、Strong English writing and communication skills, with the ability to write high-level research papers in both Chinese and English. Candidates should have published at least two influential high-level academic papers (as first author or corresponding author) in relevant research fields.
4、Passionate about scientific research, adhere to academic ethics, have a strong sense of responsibility, be diligent and practical in work, possess team spirit, and be able to independently think and solve scientific problems.
5、Familiarity with the research field of intelligent wearable systems. Candidates with research and development experience in at least one wearable device or flexible sensor are preferred.
6、Research experience in the following areas is preferred: Physical Interaction Design, Intelligent Wearable System Design, Flexible Sensor Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality-Assisted Design, Ergonomics, User Experience, Human Behavior Perception, etc.
Position Benefits：
The postdoctoral appointment is for two years.
（1）Annual salary not less than 336,000 RMB (including provincial and municipal subsidies). Outstanding postdoctoral candidates may apply for the "President’s Excellent Postdoctoral Fellowship," with an annual salary of no less than 500,000 RMB (including provincial and municipal subsidies).
（2）Welfare benefits are in accordance with the university’s staff standards, and the postdoctoral researcher will participate in social insurance and housing provident fund according to Shenzhen municipal regulations.
（3）Postdoctoral researchers who do not use the university's on-campus accommodation or Shenzhen public rental housing may receive housing subsidies (according to the latest standards of SUSTech).
（4）A favorable work environment and opportunities for domestic and international cooperation and communication. Postdocs will receive academic exchange funding during their tenure (subject to the latest standards of SUSTech).
（5）The university will assist in processing Shenzhen household registration (hukou) for the researcher and their spouse and children, and will help coordinate school enrollment for children.
（6）Postdoctoral researchers who choose to stay in Shenzhen to conduct research and sign a labor (employment) contract of 3 years or more with local enterprises or institutions may apply for Shenzhen's Postdoctoral Research Support for Staying in the City. The Shenzhen government provides an annual research subsidy of 100,000 RMB per person for up to 3 years (subject to the latest Shenzhen application requirements).
（7）Postdoctoral researchers who meet the relevant policies of the "Shenzhen New Talent Housing and Living Subsidy" may apply for a one-time housing and living subsidy of 30,000 RMB (tax-free, self-applied online) after settling in Shenzhen.
（8）Based on the relevant conditions, postdocs who stay in Shenzhen may apply for the "Shenzhen Peacock Plan Class C Talent" or "Shenzhen Reserve Talent," enjoying a reward subsidy of 1.6 million RMB over 5 years (tax-free) (subject to the latest related talent application requirements in Shenzhen).
